We are happy to replace or exchange products returned within 7 days from the parcel receive date as long as it’s returned in its original packaging, unused and sellable condition.
Return & Exchange Policy
All items purchased online through OKBB2U are returnable and exchangeable except for used, wear and tear include toiletries, and hygiene products within 7 days upon receive. Any cost of returning the unwanted item will not be refunded.OKBB2U to bear the shipping charges only if the received product(s) defected during shipping or the product fault is a result of our in-house fleet error. Otherwise, buyer are responsible for the return shipping amount by any other reasons such as unsatisfied with the purchase or incorrect purchase caused by buyer.
All returns must be in good condition with original packaging including tag and label. Proof of purchase will be required for all exchanges and refunds, so keep your receipts or invoices to make the return easier. Otherwise, returns & exchange policy did not apply for the above mentioned.
Please note: For returning products via post, avoid standard mail as there’s a high possibility of the returned product being damaged which shall be borne by the buyer.

Strictly no refund by cash, bank-in or online transfer for all items purchased from OKBB2U. However, a substitute points will credited into member’s account within 7 working days after confirmation for all returnable item(s) that is under accepted condition by OKBB2U warehouse. Buyer and corresponding party’s consent or acknowledgement is required throughout the entire compensation process. The said points is to be at the equivalent cash value with no expiry date, and to be redeem at any products from OKBB2U only.
Warranty and Repair Service
All products sold at OKBB2U are without warranty and repair service. However, we will offer a replacement product where the product sold develops a manufacturing fault. Yet, this would also be subjected to condition of the product and price at the time of purchase.
If you no longer need to use your account, you may email us at [email protected] with the subject of Account Deletion, we will delete your account within 7 working days. All your private details will be deleted from our database storage and you will have to key in all your details again in the event that you would like to join our Member again. Account inactive for one year will automatically be deleted.
